The move was prompted by recent changes to Roseburg's executive team, including Ms Cribb’s transition to her current role overseeing the company's sales, marketing and logistics functions, and the addition in February of Jake Elston as senior vice president of operations for the company.
The restructuring involves several title changes and reassignments. It also eliminates the distinction between industrial and structural products among the sales teams, and creates a stand-alone national accounts team.
