In celebrating the official production launch of Swiss Krono OSB bright, chairwoman of the board of directors Ines Kaindl stressed the enormously important role that the new Hungarian facility will play in future: “We are very pleased to have found a way to revive this location and to resume production in Vásárosnamény.
“With his decision to invest in Hungary a second time, my father is sending a strong message: namely, that he believes in this site and especially in the people here.”
The invited guests were taken on a tour of the plant to see the state-of-the-art Siempelkamp system, an eighth-generation ContiRoll.
