The CPA board of directors approved the new 2016 Strategic Plan which will govern CPA’s direction for the next three years. The Strategic Plan includes changes to Culture and Values, newly drafted Long-term Vision Statement and the three-year goals and objectives developed by our planning committee.
CPA also recognised its 2015 Safety Award recipients during the Chairman’s Dinner.
The Safety Innovation Award recognises an idea that is deemed to have provided the biggest positive impact on safety for a member facility. The 2015 Safety Innovation Award went to Louisiana-Pacific Corporation for their Behavior Based Safety Observation Program.
