The Binos plant is equipped with state-of-the-art electronic control units to secure the highest degree of control and evaluation of all process parameters. Diverse board thicknesses from 8 to 40mm can be produced which boast a high accuracy and a gross density of just 1,250kg/m3.
A very high stability is achieved despite the reduced gross density.
Representatives of the Belarus state attended the opening ceremony which included the Belarusian architecture and construction minister Anatoly Cherny as well as the general director of Belzarubezhstroy, Vitaly Bondarik.
BZS is planning to export approximately 25% of its produced cement bonded particleboards to the CIS countries and to the EU.
Further similar projects are already in discussion for countries such as Venezuela, Saudi Arabia, Ecuador, Algeria, and other countries.
