Inprint 2014, which took place in Hannover from April 8-10, 2014 is the first fair to specialise in industrial inkjet technology. Previous trade shows, according to Hymmen, had no focus on industrial applications and consequently Hymmen took the opportunity as founding member to help establish Inprint as the forum for the industrial inkjet.
Since 2008 Hymmen has sold 26 industrial digital printing lines with printing widths of up to 2,100mm and processing speeds of up to 50m/minute thus establishing Hymmen as a market leader in its field.
Hymmen mainly deals with the finishing of decorative surfaces in the woodworking industry.
Hymmen has also just announced its intentions of merging its assembly line work. Until now this has been carried out in three different locations and in the move effective from the end of this year the work will be assembled at a new plant located in Halle-Künsebeck, Germany.
