Federal officers have raided the offices of German panel manufacturer Pfleiderer AG as part of an investigation into possible violations of antitrust law.

The company said the offices of some of its subsidiaries and competitors were also searched on March 4.

Pfleiderer has received notifications of antitrust accusations and hearings from the German Federal Antitrust Authority.

In a March 10 statement, the company said it was examining the accusations and would state its position to the Federal Antitrust Authority but was unable to disclose any further detail due to pending investigations.
