Both machines will be used for the sizing or rather pre- sizing of particleboard.
A diagonal saw cuts the continuously produced chip mat with an average speed of 26m/min.
At the same time the width of the mat is trimmed by two saw devices. The speed of the diagonal saw carriage can be increased up to 80m/min.
The second machine is a double end tenoner line for sizing the finally pressed chipboards behind the star coolers. The machine is able to size up to 6 raw boards/min.
The second double end tenoner for the cross processing has also two middle cut saws to perform different centre cuts. It is possible to produce panel sizes from 2400 x 1830mm up to 5500 x 1830mm.
