To prevent insolvency of the Pallmann Group, Siempelkamp Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH & Co KG acquired a qualified minority in both companies in April 2012 via its wholly owned subsidiary Siempelkamp Maschinenfabrik Beteiligungs-GmbH.
Henceforth Dirk Homann will take on the new position as commercial managing director, a position that was, since the acquisition of the minority interest in both companies, assumed by Siempelkamp’s ceo Dr-Ing Hans W Fechner.
Mr Homann was previously a member of the Büttner Energie- und Trocknungstechnik GmbH management team, a wholly owned Siempelkamp subsidiary.
