Guarapuava, Brazil-based plywood manufacturer Repinho expects to press its first particleboard in November 2011, marking its first foray into particleboard production, according to German timber industry news service Euwid.
The mill is currently under construction at the company’s headquarters.
The second-hand production line was purchased from Dongwha Malaysia through Modul Systeme Engineering, which dismantled the particleboard plant after selling it to Repinho in the second half of last year and began shipping it to Brazil in November.
