The testing laboratory of Chimar Hellas SA, Thessaloniki, Greece, has been accredited with EN ISO/IEC 17025 which covers the determination of formaldehyde content as per EN 120 (perforator method).
Chimar is now prepared to offer its testing services worldwide.
An extension of the accreditation scope to other testing methods for wood panels is already under way.
Chimar has 33 years experience in providing formaldehyde resins/chemical know-how, industrial engineering/chemical plant procurement and technical support for the resin and wood panel industries.
