Swedspan Slovakia will build the plant on the newly purchased ground next to the existing plant.
Swedspan Group ceo Christian Schwarz said: "Lightweight wood based panels are the future of the furniture industry and Swedspan aims to be the specialist."
Dieffenbacher will supply Swedspan with a 35m continuous press line and Vyncke will provide an energy plant based on biomass sources.
Production is scheduled to start December 2013.
