Schattdecor recently had the honour of welcoming a delegation of businessmen from the Turkish furniture making industry to its headquarters in Thansau, Germany.
The visit took place at the initiative and organisation of Yildiz Entegre, a major Turkish MDF producer that is one of Schattdecor customers.
Previously Hasan Yildiz, managing director and owner of Yildiz Entegre, had asked Schattdecor Turkey managers Anja Schatt and Robert Vuga whether a visit could be arranged to the Schattdecor headquarters.
Yildiz Entegre is part of a Turkish family-managed group and has an MDF production capacity of almost 2 million m3/year, making it one of Turkey’s largest producers of the engineered wood.
Some 200 businessmen from the Turkish furniture industry as well as architects, designers, commercial interior decorators and representatives of the press followed Yildiz Entegre’s invitation to accompany it on the visit and acquaint themselves with Schattdecor’s operational efficiency as a global market leader in printed decor paper.
