The new MDF line called PX 8, equipped with the latest generation continuous press, will be the most advanced and up-to date energy plant, based on the know-how of more than 35 plants produced by ITI Engineering world-wide in MDF, particleboard and plywood manufacturing.
The energy plant with a total net combustion capacity of 30MW will use a 50m2 grate to generate 10MW of flue gas for heating dryers and 20 MW for heating thermal oil.
Complete assembly, steel structure and start-up is also part of ITI’s scope of supply and is scheduled to be concluded by Q3, 2017.
