With a total of 10 wood based panel plants, seven of which are in Turkey, Kastamonu Integrated which was founded in 1969 in Instanbul and is a member of Hayat Holding, has a total production capacity of 3.5 million m3/year.
A new particleboard investment has recently been realised at Kastamonu’s Romania plant which until now catered for doorskin production.
The project included a continuous Dieffenbacher line of 39.2m with 480.000m3/year capacity. The line has two Wemhönershort cycle presses and a treatment line from VITS.
Production of 17 million doorskins per year will continue at the same location.
