The Toronto-based company revealed its intention when announcing its 2013 full-year results, which show a boost in its European earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) to US$46m (2012: US$39m).
Norbord’s European division runs three mills in the UK, including the Inverness OSB factory, as well as an OSB factory, as well as an OSB plant in Genk, Belgium.
