Mississippi plywood supplier Pavco Industries Inc is closing because of a poor housing market and competition from China.
The company, which survived a major fire in 1953 and Hurricane Katrina, took its last orders in mid-October, and the closure impacts on 63 workers, reports The Associated Press.
