Formed in 2011, the X-LAM Alliance formalises a long standing working relationship between B & K Structures, the UK’s leading solid timber structural engineering contractor, and Binderholz, who in 2012 produced the most cross-laminated timber in the world.
On behalf of the Alliance, managing director, Nick Milestone said: "These are important contract wins, resulting in 50% growth on the same trading period last year.
"Given the tough climate, we are delighted to report for the first half of the 2012/13 trading year, a notable increase of 36% on the annual turnover for 2011/12."
