The Martco plywood plant located at Chopin, Louisiana has ordered its third Coe dryer since 2007.
The new six-deck jet dryer will encompass 18 heated sections and three cooling sections. It will be delivered complete with insulated floor and stainless steel cladding, and will utilise hot oil for its heat source.
To maximise control for energy and production efficiency, the dryer will be fitted with an automatic dryer exhaust control system (ADEC), cooler pressure balance and veneer temperature control systems.
